Prices and VAT

Prices shown on www.loxuno.com are valid at the time of order.
For shipments to countries subject to EU VAT/TVA, VAT is included in the purchase price (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
For shipments outside the EU, prices are already indicated (VAT/TVA) exempt from duties and taxes.

📌 Note: Prices exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the chosen shipping method.

Installment Payments

Scalapay – If you purchase with Scalapay, you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 interest-free installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize this transfer.
Klarna – Customers can choose the Klarna service to pay for their orders in 3 installments. Registration and payment, as well as all related policies, are available at www.klarna.com.

Bank Transfer

With a bank transfer, you can make secure payments without the limits of a credit card. However, payment is not immediate, and the bank may apply fees.

How does it work?

Fill in the checkout details and confirm the order. Bank details will be displayed for the transfer.
Make the bank transfer, specifying the order number (found in the order confirmation email and preceded by #) in the payment reference.
Once payment is received, we will proceed with shipping your package.

📌 Note: Shipping will only be made after payment is received.

Cash on Delivery (Italy only)

Cash on delivery is available only for orders with an amount between €100 and €4000.
Payment will be made in cash upon delivery.
This option will be visible at checkout only if the order total falls within this range.

In case of Return (Payments by Bank Transfer)

If you paid by bank transfer and wish to make a return, you have two options:

Refund to original payment method
- After receiving and verifying the return, we will ask you to provide your IBAN for the refund.
- The refund will be made via bank transfer within 5 working days of receiving the IBAN.
Issuance of a Gift Card
- Alternatively, we can issue a Gift Card of the same value as the returned item, usable for a new purchase on Loxuno.com.
- The Gift Card will be sent after receiving and verifying the return.
