Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days, starting from when you received our package at your shipping address, to return the purchased item(s).


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you have the option to print the receipt or proof of purchase, please include it in the package.


Shipping is at your expense: we therefore recommend choosing reliable carriers and shipping options that ensure the package returns within the aforementioned 14 calendar days.To initiate the return process, send the package to the address of our operational hub at Via dei Transiti, 21, 20127 Milano MI with recipient HORUS S.r.l. You can always contact us for any return questions at Hello@loxuno.com. Attention! Customs duties and shipping costs will not be refundable in case of return, as these are not amounts withheld by the company but costs related to shipping and customs clearance.

Furthermore, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return and the import costs for the return of the goods to Italy.

Damage and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at the email address Hello@loxuno.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


 

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once we accept the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.


If you wish to exchange your return for another item(s) on sale, send an email to Hello@loxuno.com including the name and photo of the item(s) you wish to exchange for. We will send you the new item(s) you have chosen at our expense only once we have received and accepted your return.


Refunds


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The return will be inspected within 4 days of receiving the package. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original method of payment. Please remember that your bank or credit card issuing institution may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
