Loxuno guarantees a safe and reliable shopping experience. All our products are original and purchased from selected suppliers. To offer maximum convenience, we accept different payment methods and guarantee the protection of transactions with advanced encryption systems.

All transactions are processed by ShopifyPayments, a secure and certified system that uses advanced protection protocols to ensure the safety of sensitive data. Shopify Payments is PCI DSS compliant and protects transactions with advanced encryption.

Prices and VAT

All products available on Loxuno I am new and authentic. Our luxury and streetwear items come directly from manufacturers or from purchased stock without intermediaries, which allows us to offer you highly competitive prices.

  • The prices indicated on the site www.loxuno.com are those valid at the time of the order.
  • For shipments to countries subject to EU VAT/TVA, VAT is included in the purchase price (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
  • For shipments outside the EU, the prices do not include duties and taxes.

📌 Note: The prices exclude shipping costs, which will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen.

Installment Payments

  • Scalapay – If you buy with Scalapay, you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 interest-free installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to SPV Srl Increase, to related parties and their assigns, and you authorize such transfer.
  • Klarna – Customers can choose the service Klarna to pay for their orders in 3 installments. Registration and payment, as well as all related policies, are available at www.klarna.com.

Bank transfer

With bank transfer, you can make secure payments without credit card limits. However, payment is not immediate and the bank may apply fees.

How does it work?

  1. Fill in the checkout details and confirm the order. The bank details will be displayed to make the transfer.
  2. Make the bank transfer specifying the reason for payment order number (present in the order confirmation email and preceded by #).
  3. Once we receive your payment, we will proceed with the shipment of your package.

Cash on delivery (Italy only)

  • Cash on delivery is available only for orders with an amount between €100 and €4000.
  • Payment will be made in cash on delivery.
  • This option will be visible in checkout only if the order total falls within this range.

In case of Return (Payments by Bank Transfer)

If you paid by bank transfer and wish to make a return, you have two options:

  1. Refund to original payment method

    • After receiving and verifying your return, we will ask you to provide us with your IBAN for the refund.
    • The refund will be made by bank transfer within 5 working days upon receipt of the IBAN.

  2. Issuing a Gift Card

    • Alternatively, we can issue a Gift Card of the same value as the returned item, usable for a new purchase on Loxuno.com.
    • The Gift Card will be sent after receiving and verifying the return.
